Auxi Solutions Inc. built the AUXI app as a free application and the SERVICE is provided by Auxi Solutions Inc. at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal Information. If you choose to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that we collect is solely used for providing and improving our Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.


INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

We may collect, transmit, and store information about you in connection with your use of the Service, including any information you send to or through the Service. We use that information to provide the Service’s functionality, fulfill your requests, improve the Service’s quality, engage in research and analysis relating to the Service, personalize your experience, track usage of the Service, display relevant advertising, market the Service, provide customer support, message you, back up our systems, enhance the security of the Service, and comply with legal obligations. Even when we do not retain such information, it still must be transmitted to our servers initially and stored long enough to process.

When you create an account with AUXI, we store and use the information you provide during that process, such as the first and last name you enter, email address, zip code, physical address, and any other information you may provide during the account creation process, such as a gender, phone number, or birth date. If we have any of your personal information we will not willingly sell or give it to anyone, except if lawfully subpoenaed to produce it and then only after offering you a reasonable chance to challenge such subpoena if allowed by law. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.


LOG DATA

Whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.


COOKIES

AUXI may use cookies, web beacons, tags, scripts, local shared objects such as HTML5 and Flash, advertising identifiers (including mobile identifiers such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”)) and similar technology in connection with your use of the Service, and mobile applications. CONTACTS

You can invite others to join or become your friend on AUXI by providing us with their contact information, or by allowing us to access contacts from your mobile device, or third party sites to select which individuals you want to invite. If you allow us to access your contacts, we will transmit information about your contacts to our servers long enough to process your invitations or friend requests.


SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

In the course of using the Service, you may choose to allow AUXI to collect and store sensitive personal information about you, such as your precise geolocation. This is to provide you with the best functionality of the Service. You may be able to limit or disallow our collection, use or sharing of location data by adjusting the settings for our applications in iOS privacy settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Service.


CHILDREN

Children are entitled to added protections with regard to their Personal Information and privacy online. When a child creates an account on AUXI, we may collect a username, password, birthdate, and parent’s email address. This information is used to give the child access to the Service and, if a parent’s email is provided, to communicate with the parent about the child’s account. For example, we may use the parent’s email to send an email notification about the child’s account creation and an invitation for the parent to review, update settings, and approve of their child’s account. We will use the birthdate the child provides when signing up for the Service to provide better Event suggestions on AUXI for children and families. We recommend that parents familiarize themselves with all of the AUXI features. If you are a child, it is a good idea to talk to and ask your parent(s) or guardian(s) for permission before using or playing on the Service. If you do not get such permission, you should not use our Service. If we become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete any Personal Information we have collected, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it, and terminate the child’s account and/or revert them to the underage experience, as applicable.


MODIFICATIONS TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY


We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the Privacy Policy will govern our collection, use, and disclosure of information about you. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email. By continuing to access or use the Service after those changes become effective, you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
